Why We Set Up Equal Rehab
At Equal Rehab, our journey began with a simple observation
Law firms were tired of the status quo. We repeatedly heard from plaintiff personal injury law firms that their clients were frustrated with their appointed CTP case management providers. These law firms told us that injured individuals wanted to act on their existing rights to choose a rehab provider who truly understood their unique challenges and recovery goals.

Listening to these heartfelt enquiries, we realised there was a clear gap in the market – a gap where no one was speaking directly to plaintiff law firms with CTP clients. We saw firsthand that injured people, who might already be unhappy with their current providers, were looking for an alternative – a service that puts their recovery first and gives them the agency to nominate their own rehab experts.
This inspired us to set up Equal Rehab. We built our service around a simple yet powerful idea: Recovery Redefined.
