Our services include initial assessment, personalised rehab plans, and support from experienced allied health specialists. We assist injured people in managing their case to reach the end of the recovery process.
How does the referral and onboarding process work?
Our onboarding is streamlined into three easy steps. First, a referral is emailed to ctpsupport@equalrehab.com.au. Then, we send the Letter of Authority (LoA) for the client to sign. Finally, our team contacts the insurer and manages the process from there, ensuring seamless coordination.
